FAQ

Classes start only after the initial payment is made in full by the specified date. Students who delay the first payment cannot begin their sessions until the payment is received.

You can pay your course fees through an EMI plan. Each installment must be paid on or before the due date. Late payments beyond three days will result in temporary class suspension until dues are cleared.

If you miss an installment, your classes will be paused immediately. Continued delays may affect your eligibility for certification and placement support.

No. Students are allowed to attend classes only when all payments are up to date. Pending payments will restrict access to ongoing sessions.

All payments made are non-refundable, irrespective of whether you complete or withdraw from the course. This applies to both full and EMI payment plans.

Payments can be made through UPI, card, or bank transfer. Cash payments are accepted only at the billing office, depending on availability. Always collect your receipt as proof of payment.

Certificates are issued only after full fee payment, successful completion of all assigned projects, and tutor approval of your work.

No. Placement support is provided only to students who have cleared all payments, maintained attendance, and received project approvals.

Zoop offers placement assistance for up to three interviews with reputed studios, agencies, or companies. Further assistance is discretionary and based on performance and availability.

If you take a break of more than three months without approval, your admission will be void. You can continue only through re-admission.

Class timings are based on tutor and batch schedules. While minor adjustments may be possible, rescheduling is subject to management approval and tutor availability.

You’re expected to maintain 100% attendance. Missed sessions may not be rescheduled. Any exceptions are made only at the management’s discretion.

Projects are the core of your learning at Zoop. Each class builds on the previous assignment. Failure to submit projects on time may pause your class continuation.

A maximum of two missed submissions is allowed. Continued non-completion will lead to class suspension until pending work is submitted and approved.

No. Students must use licensed or free software alternatives on their personal systems. Zoop does not provide or promote pirated software.

Yes, you can use lab systems for up to one additional hour after class for practical work. Extra time depends on system availability and prior booking.

Regular attendance and punctuality are mandatory. Repeated late arrivals or absenteeism may lead to denial of rescheduling and affect eligibility for certification.

Students are responsible for their own system setup at home. For issues during lab sessions, staff support is available, but external software problems are not covered by Zoop.

Zoop offers assured placement support, not guaranteed employment. You’ll receive career guidance, interview training, and placement opportunities, but the final offer depends on your skill, project quality, and interview performance.

To qualify, students must:
  • Clear all payments as per schedule.

  • Follow institute discipline and deadlines.
